Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in opioid use disorder (OUD) comparing Psilocybin with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change in non-methadone opioid use as assessed by urine toxicology at 3 months and Change in non-methadone opioid use as assessed by the Timeline Follow Back self report at 3 months. Planned start Dec 2023; status: withdrawn.
