Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial of CNP-201 in peanut allergy, sponsored by COUR Pharmaceuticals. Primary endpoints: Frequency of Adverse Events and Serious Adverse Events at Day 67 and Serum Cytokines (TNF-alpha, IL-2, IL-6, IL-8, IL-1beta, MCP-1, MIP-1beta, MIP-1alpha, IFN-gamma, IL-12p70) at Day 60.
