Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of daratumumab in amyloid light chain amyloidosis (3 arms), sponsored by Janssen Pharmaceutical. Primary endpoints: Number of Participants with Cardiac Events of Any Toxicity Grade at 12 months and Observed Concentration Immediately Prior to the Next Study Treatment Administration (Ctrough) of Daratumumab.
