Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of ALN-XDH in gout (7 arms), sponsored by Alnylam Pharmaceuticals. Primary endpoints: Frequency of Adverse Events at 14 months and Percentage of Participants with Serum Uric Acid (sUA) <6 mg/dL at 12.25 months. Started Feb 2022; status: terminated.
