Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial in spinocerebellar ataxia type 1 (SCA1) and Spinocerebellar Ataxia Type 2 (SCA2) comparing Baclofen 20mg, Chlorzoxazone 500mg and Baclofen + Chlorzoxazone (3 arms). Primary endpoints: Maximum Plasma Concentration at 24 hours and Area Under the Plasma Concentration Versus Time Curve at 24 hours. Started Apr 2022; status: completed.
