Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of dapagliflozin and sitagliptin in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) (2 arms), sponsored by AstraZeneca. Primary endpoints: Area under plasma concentration-time curve from zero to infinity at Day 4, Area under the plasma concentration-curve from zero to the last quantifiable concentration at Day 4 and 2 more.
