Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of magnesium sulfate and digoxin in Atrial fibrillation (AFib) (2 arms), sponsored by Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. Primary endpoints: Heart rate control (<110 beats per minute) and/or restoration of normal sinus at 6 hours and ICU free days at 90 days. Started Jan 2022; status: recruiting.
