Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in Parkinson's disease (PD) comparing Ambroxol with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Montreal Cognitive Assessment at 52 weeks and Conversion rate from normal cognitive function to mild cognitive impairment or dementia at 52 weeks.
