Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of docetaxel, oxaliplatin, fluorouracil, folinic acid and capecitabine in gastric cancer (GC) and gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma, sponsored by The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center – James Cancer Hospital. Primary endpoints: Feasibility of delivering tailored targeted neoadjuvant therapy at 24 months and Incidence of adverse events. Planned start Dec 2025; status: withdrawn.
