Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in alcohol use disorder (AUD) comparing Dexamethasone Oral with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Alcohol craving as assessed using subjective report following stress exposure, Hypothalamic-Pituitary-Adrenal (HPA)-axis response to stress exposure as assessed by cortisol and 2 more.
