Overview
Phase 4, open-label trial of liquid metformin (Aspargo Labs) in cardiac fibrosis (2 arms), sponsored by Indiana Hemophilia and Thrombosis Center. Primary endpoints: Number of individuals homozygous for PAI-1 deficiency with stable or improved cardiac fibrosis at 60 months and Number of individuals homozygous for PAI-1 deficiency with stable or improved Transforming growth factor (TGF-β1) at 60 months.
