Overview
Phase 1, randomised, single-blind trial of ketamine in major depressive disorder (MDD) (2 arms), sponsored by Medical University of Vienna. Primary endpoints: Blood-Oxygen-Level-Dependent signal assessed with fMRI during aesthetic paradigm up to 4 weeks, Blood-Oxygen-Level-Dependent signal assessed with fMRI during reward paradigm up to 4 weeks and 4 more.
