Overview
Phase 4, randomised trial of ibuprofen in patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) (2 arms), sponsored by Ottawa Hospital Research Institute. Primary endpoints: Change in regional tissue oxygenation (splanchnic, cerebral, and the splanchnic-cerebral oxygenation ratio 'SCOR') at 28 days and Change in splanchnic, cerebral, and renal Doppler blood flow at 28 days.
