Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of latanoprost ophthalmic solution 0.005% (TearClear TC-002) in open-angle glaucoma (OAG) and ocular hypertension, sponsored by PolyActiva. Primary endpoints: Safety and Tolerability of PA5346 Latanoprost FA SR Ocular Implant at 40 weeks and Period of Biodegradation of PA5346 Latanoprost FA SR Ocular Implant at 12 months.
