Overview
Phase 1 trial of colchicine in radiation-induced dermatitis (RID) (2 arms), sponsored by Rutgers University. Primary endpoints: Safety and tolerability of oral colchicine at 10 weeks and Pain - Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) at 10 weeks. Started May 2022; status: active, not recruiting.
