Overview
Randomised, double-blind trial in postoperative delirium (POD) comparing Ketamine group, Dexmedetomidine group and Placebo group (3 arms). Primary endpoints: Postoperative cognitive impairment by Mini Mental State Examination at 72 hours and Postoperative delirium by Delirium Observation Screening Scale at 72 hours.
