Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of venetoclax in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), sponsored by Montefiore Medical Center. Primary endpoints: Frequency and Severity of all Adverse Events and Serious Adverse Events at 6 years, Rate of Non-Hematologic Dose Limiting Toxicities at 28 days and 4 more.
