Randomised, open-label trial of fluorouracil, oxaliplatin, irinotecan and pembrolizumab in rectal cancer (2 arms), sponsored by Shanghai Minimally Invasive Surgery Center. Primary endpoint: Pathologic Complete Response at 3 years. Planned start Jan 2023; status: not yet recruiting.
