Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of denosumab-nxxp in postmenopausal osteoporosis (2 arms), sponsored by Henlius. Primary endpoints: Percentage change in bone mineral density at the lumbar spine from baseline at 52 weeks and Area under the effect–time curve for percentage change of serum type I collagen C-telopeptide from baseline to Week 26.
