Randomised, double-blind trial in major depressive disorder (MDD) comparing Shuganjieyu capsule + Fluoxetine with Fluoxetine + Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: 17-item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale at Day 56. Started May 2022; status: completed.
