Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of azenosertib in triple negative breast cancer (TNBC), ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer (PFTC) and 1 more, sponsored by OHSU Knight Cancer Institute. Primary endpoints: Percent decrease of phosphorylated CDK1 and/or Ki67, or p-HH3, or p-CHK1 in tumor cells and Incidence of adverse events. Planned start Jul 2023; status: withdrawn.
