Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in non-erosive reflux disease (NERD) and Irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea (IBS-D) (2 arms), sponsored by Xiyuan Hospital. Primary endpoints: Change of visual analogue scale (VAS) score of symptoms of reflux and heartburn at 8 weeks and Change of visual analogue scale (VAS) score of symptoms of abdominal pain and diarrhea at 8 weeks.
