Randomised, double-blind trial in constipation comparing 3 L PEG + Linaclotide with 3 L PEG + Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Bowel preparation adequate rate at 48 hours and Number of adenomas per patient at 48 hours. Started Aug 2022; status: completed.
