Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in chronic kidney disease (CKD) and systemic inflammation comparing Ziltivekimab 15 mg with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Area under the ziltivekimab plasma concentration-time curve in a 4-week dosing interval, multiple doses at 12 weeks. Started May 2022; status: completed.
