Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial of sirna-tgf-b1 + sirna-cox-2 in abdominal obesity (7 arms), sponsored by Sirnaomics. Primary endpoints: Number of subjects with presence and severity of Local Skin Reactions: erythema, edema, bruising at 24 weeks, Number of subjects with presence and severity of Local Skin Reactions: pain and stinging/burning at 24 weeks and 1 more.
