Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of fluoxetine, vilazodone, daridorexant and SLS-002 in post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) (8 arms), sponsored by Global Coalition for Adaptive Research. Primary endpoints: Clinician-Administered PTSD Scale-5-Revised Past Month total score at 12 weeks and Columbia Suicide Severity Rating Scale at 12 weeks. Started Nov 2023; status: suspended.
