Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) comparing Metformin with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Rates of RNFL/GCIPL thinning (Evaluation of Neuroprotection) at 24 months and Change in visual field sensitivity (Evaluation of Neuroenhancement) at 4 weeks.
