Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of semaglutide and dapagliflozin in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) (4 arms), sponsored by Novo Nordisk. Primary endpoints: Area under the semaglutide plasma concentration-time curve during a dosing interval at steady state at Day 84 and Area under the dapagliflozin plasma concentration-time curve during a dosing interval at steady state at Day 98.
