Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in glioblastoma (GBM) comparing Group I (temozolomide + placebo) with Group II (temozolomide + selinexor) (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Recommended Phase 2 Dose at 28 days and Progression-Free Survival up to 3 years. Started Mar 2023; status: recruiting.
