Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) comparing Neosporin with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change in interferon response profile from nasal samples measured by multiplex ELISA at Month 1, Change in interferon response gene expression profile from nasal samples measured by RT-PCR at Month 1 and 2 more.
