Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of elebsiran and tobevibart in chronic hepatitis D (9 cohorts), sponsored by Vir Biotechnology. Primary endpoints: Proportion of participants with undetectable HDV RNA or >= 2 log10 decrease in HDV RNA from baseline and ALT normalization at 24 weeks and Treatment-emergent adverse events (TEAEs) and serious adverse events (SAEs) at 360 weeks.
