Linaprazan Glurate PK and ECG Effects in Healthy Participants

Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) comparing Linaprazan glurate with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Area under the plasma concentration-time curve from time zero to infinity at 24 hours, Area under the plasma concentration-time curve from time zero to the last quantifiable concentration at 24 hours and 13 more.
