Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in respiratory depression and hypercapnia comparing Placebo + Oxycodone, Paroxetine + Oxycodone and Escitalopram + Oxycodone (3 arms). Primary endpoints: Minute Ventilation at 55mm Hg End Tidal CO2 Under Hyperoxic Conditions on Day 21 and Minute Ventilation at 55mm Hg End Tidal CO2 Under Hyperoxic Conditions on Day 20.
