Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of acarbose in renal cell carcinoma (RCC), sponsored by University of Alabama at Birmingham. Primary endpoints: Safety profile of acarbose in addition to standard of care (SOC) treatment at 2 years and Effect of acarbose on the gut microbiome at 2 years. Planned start Dec 2025; status: withdrawn.
