Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of PeptiCRAd-1 in melanoma, triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and 5 more (2 cohorts), sponsored by Valo Therapeutics. Primary endpoints: Incidence of TEAEs, SAEs and DLTs for PeptiCRAd-1 monotherapy at 1 month and Incidence of TEAEs, SAEs and DLTs for PeptiCRAd-1 and CPI combination at 4.5 months.
