Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in dry eye disease (DED) comparing 0.003% AR-15512 with Vehicle (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Ocular Treatment-Emergent Adverse Events by Preferred Term With Incidence Greater Than 2 Percent at Day 365, Mean Change From Baseline in Heart Rate at Each Study Visit at Day 365 and 10 more.
