Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of mitoxantrone hydrochloride liposome injection + fludarabine + CD19 CAR-T cells in multiple sclerosis (MS) (3 arms), sponsored by CSPC Zhongnuo Pharmaceutical. Primary endpoint: Cumulative number of new Gadolinium (Gd)-enhancing lesions at Week 48. Planned start Aug 2022; status: withdrawn.
