Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of Lidocaine Hydrochloride Injection, without epinephrine in pain. Primary endpoints: Brain Activation to Painful Stimulation Difference: Drug-free Condition Minus Lidocaine Condition at 4.5 minutes and Resting-state Functional Connectivity Difference: Drug-free Minus Lidocaine at 8 minutes.
