Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of fluorouracil in oral leukoplakia, sponsored by University of California, San Francisco. Primary endpoints: Proportion of participants who complete 5-FU injections at 6 weeks and Number of participants with treatment-related adverse events at 3 months.
