Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of ilaprazole in gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) (2 arms), sponsored by Il-Yang Pharmaceutical. Primary endpoints: Ilaprazole Area Under the Curve from time zero to last quantifiable concentration at 24 hours and Ilaprazole Maximum Plasma Concentration at 24 hours.
