Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of fostamatinib in autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA), immune-mediated thrombocytopenia (ITP) and Evans syndrome, sponsored by National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute. Primary endpoint: Proportion of subjects who are able to maintain hematologic recovery at 12 weeks. Planned start Nov 2025; status: withdrawn.
