Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of CD70 CAR-T cells in solid tumor, renal cell carcinoma (RCC), ovarian cancer and 1 more (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Incidence of Adverse events after CD70 CAR-T cells infusion at 28 days and Maximum tolerated dose of CD70 CAR-T cells at 28 days. Started May 2022; status: recruiting.
