Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of liquid metformin (Aspargo Labs) in erythroplakia, leukoplakia, proliferative verrucous leukoplakia (PVL) and 1 more, sponsored by Thomas Jefferson University. Primary endpoint: Transformation-free-survival in lesion types erythroplakia and verrucous hyperplasia at 3 years. Started May 2022; status: terminated.
