Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of alpha-type-1-polarized dendritic cell vaccine in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), sponsored by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center. Primary endpoints: Objective Response Rate at 2 years and Incidence of Adverse Events at 30 days. Planned start Feb 2025; status: withdrawn.
