Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in multiple sclerosis (MS) comparing Vancomycin with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Changes in abundance of butyrate producing bacteria at 6 weeks, Changes in Serum Butyrate levels at 6 weeks and 1 more. Started Jan 2023; status: recruiting.
