Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial in diabetic foot osteomyelitis (DFO) comparing STIMULAN VG with Standard of Care (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Number of participants with confirmed absence of clinical signs of osteomyelitis or surgical infection at the index site at 24 weeks, Number of participants with no clinical need for further antibiotic therapy for infection at the index site at 24 weeks and 1 more.
