Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of repository corticotropin injection in fibrillary glomerulonephritis (FGN) (2 arms), sponsored by NephroNet. Primary endpoints: Change in Urinary Protein/Creatinine Ratio with Acthar Gel alone at 12 months and Change in Urinary Protein/Creatinine Ratio with Acthar Gel and Tacrolimus at 12 months.
