Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy (FSHD) comparing Placebo with RO7204239 (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Percent change from baseline in contractile muscle volume of quadriceps femoris muscles at 52 weeks and Percentage of participants with adverse events at 2.5 years.
