Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in ulcerative colitis (UC) comparing PF-07054894 with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Proportion of participants achieving clinical remission at Week 12 in participants with moderate to severe UC and Percent change from baseline in the modified Mayo Score in participants with mild to moderate UC at 12 weeks.
