Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of DFV890 in myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML) and clonal cytopenia of undetermined significance (CCUS) (3 arms), sponsored by Novartis. Primary endpoints: Incidence of Dose-limiting Toxicities at 28 days, Incidence and severity of Adverse Events and Serious Adverse Events at 36 months and 1 more.
